At the Center we use MindBody Online for all registration and sales. When registering family members it necessary to work directly through to MindBody Client Page instead of registering through our website. You can find instructions for how to add family members to your account and register them for classes and enrollments below. Once you have added family members, you will just need to go your Mindbody Client page any time you want to sign them up for something.

Is this your first time registering yourself or a family member for a program at the center?
You need to Create an Account for yourself.

How to register a family member:
For clients who have already added their family member(s) to their account

To register:

  • Click the appropriate Programs tab associated with the class or enrollment.
  • Scroll to desired program and click “sign up now”.
  • Click “enroll-child/spouse name”.
  • Follow prompts to complete sale.

To add family members and establish relationships follow these instructions:

  • Click the My Info tab.
  • In the Family Members section, click Add Family Member. Note: You may need to click the Edit link in the top-right corner to make this option appear.
  • Enter the family member’s first and last names, then select the applicable relationship from the menu:
  • Paid for by: If you want to pay for this family member’s classes, enrollments, appointments, and products, tick the Yes button. Your name will be automatically added to any ticket this client begins in the Retail screen.
  • If desired, add additional information about this family member. You can choose to include the family member’s mobile phone number, email address, gender, and birthday.
  • Hit Save when you finish.
  • Follow “How to register a family member” instructions above.
